Age Limitation:

Age Limit: 18 - 27 years for Junior Steno, LDC; 18 - 30 years for Senior Steno; Up to 30 years for Assistant; 18 - 35 years for Programme Officer; Up to 35 years for Assistant Programme Officer.

Educational Qualifications:

Programme Officer: (a) Degree. (b) 7 years experience of dealing with cultural activities, organizing festivals and exhibitions/ international relations/ personnel, administrative/ financial matters etc. in Government departments/ autonomous bodies/ Universities/ recognized Research Institutions/ Public Undertakings/ NGOs.

Assistant Programme Officer: (a) Degree. (b) 5 years experience of dealing with cultural activities, organizing festivals and exhibitions/ international relations/ personnel, administrative/ financial matters etc. in Government departments/ autonomous bodies/ Universities/ recognized Research Institutions/ Public Undertakings/ NGOs.

 Assistant: Any Degree from recognized university.

 Senior Stenographer: (a) Degree from a recognized University. (b) Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts @ 100 w.p.m. Transcription: 60 mts (English), 75 mts (Hindi), only on computer. (c) Diploma/ certificate course from recognized University/ Institute in Computer application.

Junior Stenographer: (a) 12th pass from a recognized Board or University. (b)Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 50 mts (English), 65 mts (Hindi), only on computer. (c) Diploma Certificate Course from recognized University/ Institute in computer application.

LDC: (a) Matric + 12th class or equivalent from recognized Board/ University. (b)Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m.in Hindi, on computer.

Application Fee:

For General and OBC category candidates - 500
For SC, ST and others - 250

Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debitcards.

Selection Process:

Tier I - Computer Based Examination
Tier II - Skill Test / Typing Test / Stenographer Test.

How to Apply: Eligible Candidates are advised to go through ICCR Online Registration Portal. Apply online only, on or before 30/04/2020. The last date for submission of online application is extended up to 23/05/2020.
